Morgan and Maggie
Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actress. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 70s and the early 80s due to her continued roles in various TV shows in which she was depicted as a glamorous actress. Fairchild began her career in The CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. As the first actress portraying Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's soap opera for daytime Dallas in 1978. In the following year, she landed her first leading part for her role in the NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), which won her the Golden Globe Award as Best Actress in a Television Series - for that series. She co-starred on ABC's shortlived premiertime drama Paper Dolls. Later in 1985-1986, she played the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was a stage performer and was a regular character in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown. (For which she was a Primetime Emmy Award nominee for Outstanding Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. Additionally, she is an SAG-AFTRA Board member. Lawson was born in Louisville Kentucky native born to an hotel manager father and a Kentucky homemaker mom was able to develop a love for acting as early as age eight. At the age eight she started performing in community theatre productions. When she graduated from a Catholic Girls' school, she began her career.
